This bathroom remodel was completed in Mammoth Lakes, a ski town in eastern California. It required a full tear out of the existing 1980’s era carpet/tub bathroom as well as the reframing of the adjoining laundry room in order to give the bathroom more space. Other aspects of this build included:

• Custom built shower with floating, tiled bench

• All new smooth finished drywall, tiled floors and color matched alder trim

• Installation of new double sink, toilet, recessed lighting, and fan/heater

• Automatic humidity controlled fan and timer for lights and heater

• Barn doors for shower and main entry
