I completed a set of building plans using CAD software for a garage to ADU conversion project in Santa Cruz, CA. The building plans included elevations and pland for the design of each room as well as electrical, plumbing, and framing plans. The plans were approved by the City Building Department, and construction of the project has now been completed.
